These terms govern your use of this public website. They are not the service agreement — Foundation Performance Cloud's services are provided under a separate written contract, with standard terms available in the procurement kit.

This website is provided for general information about Foundation Performance Cloud. You may view and share it, but you may not misuse it — for example by attempting to disrupt it, probe it without authorisation, or scrape it abusively. Authorised, good-faith security testing is welcomed under our responsible-disclosure process.

Content here is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as we can, including honest labelling of which compliance items are in place versus in progress. It does not constitute legal, security, or professional advice, and it may change as the service matures.

No offer or warranty

Nothing on this site is a binding offer or a warranty. Service commitments, SLAs, and assurances are set out in your contract.

The Foundation Performance Cloud name, brand, and site content are owned by us or our licensors, except where otherwise stated.
